Garbh Sanskar Garbha sanskar is a Sanskrit term, which literally means 'education in the womb'. It is traditionally believed that a child's mental and behavioural development starts as soon as he is conceived. His personality begins to take shape in the womb, and this can be influenced by the mother's state of mind during pregnancy. Traditionally, it is believed that baby starts learning right from the womb. Science has also proved that baby can learn from initial stage. We know the famous stories of Abhimanyu in Mahabharat , Balbhakt Prahalad, Shivaji etc are good example of Garbh Sanskar. She should take much needed rest, care ,nutritional diet at least for 6 to12 weeks and let her body regain all the lost energy and bring the imbalanced Doshas to normalcy.
